The controller responsible for data processing on this website is the operator named in the Legal Notice.

3. Data Collection during License Activation

When activating AquaStudio Pro via the iframe or the controller, the following data is processed in our secured MySQL database:

• Stripe/Digistore24 Order Number or Transaction ID (To validate the purchase)
• Hardware ID / Penta ID of the QuinLED controller (For technical binding of the license)
• Timestamp of activation

The processing is based on Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR for the performance of the license contract.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe & Digistore24)

Payment processing is handled via external service providers Stripe or Digistore24. Their privacy policies apply during the checkout process. We never store credit card data or banking passwords on our server.

5. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to receive free information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data, as well as a right to correct or delete this data.
