These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of the AquaStudio Pro V3.1 software.
The subject matter is the provision of a digital license token to unlock advanced LED control functions on compatible QuinLED hardware. Delivery occurs digitally immediately after payment confirmation.
Upon purchase, you acquire a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the software on one (1) QuinLED controller. Each license is irrevocably locked to the Hardware ID (Penta ID) of the target controller. Transfer to another board is excluded.
The license remains the property of the vendor until full payment is received. In the event of chargebacks or suspected fraud, the cryptographic token will be permanently blacklisted on the network level.
We are solely liable for flaws within our software logic. Any liability for damages to third-party hardware like LED stripes, power supplies, or QuinLED boards caused by faulty wiring or overload is strictly excluded.
